who has experience with Polestar 3 ? Connecting with VIDA to the car - throws a warning, diagnostic firewall cannot be opened.what is wrong here ?

Most likely your laptop's firewall  is blocking the VIDA. 
Disable the windows firewall or any other AV.

oh this is not your computer firewall ,it shows the car's diagnostic firewall.
