Retrofitted 12.3 inch DIM with error code
#1
Hi
I have replace my 8 inch DIM with 12.3 inch and then change parameter 157 to 02 and also activate navigation
and everythings seems to working ok but i get this error code from DIM:

**OrBit DTC Report for YV1PW68BCH123456 (last read: 2025/10/05 15:24:02)**
DIM-U230056 - 2025/10/05
Central Configuration- System Programming Failures- Invalid / incompatible configuration

12.3 inch DIM come from this car:
YV1PW68BCH1020452 and Art number 31687123

I notice that i had a alarm for air suspension at first startup but after change parameter and restart i have never seen that again, donor car probably have air suspension but i havent..

Must i change some configuration in the DIM? and how?

There are incompatible settings active. You should find out what they are and disable them.

This is what i modify, can it be other config in the car that should be changed? the car is a former police car so there is many configs that isnt same as a standard car.

That's a lot of changes.

Suggest revert to OEM. Change DIM settings and then apply in series from there.

I have now find the error....
I follow this thread/guide
https://forums.spaycetech.com/showthread.php?tid=372

1-activate ignition
2-I change the Active Diag ECU to DIM
3-scroll down to E103 invalid config..
4-send to ecu

get some error, no contact...

But if i start engine then i get answer that config 256 BENDING LIGHT was the error..
I set the config to OEM (02) and the DTC is gone.
If i activate the Bending light to 03 again the dtc come back

Getting the same DIM-U230056, however I am unable to change the config as it refers to a config item 377 which isn't an option in Orbit.
Had the same DIM DTC with my previous DIM (unsure about the config item through), and with my "upgraded" 12" one.

Asked about this in another thread about this some time back.
