Still havent received 3.6.4 OTA

My xc60 2022 T6 phev was imported from france to lithuania 2 months ago and I still havent received 3.6.4 OTA, any tips what orbit settings to change to change the region properly? Also maybe some setting is preventing OTA updates? My gui is translated, remote app works fine.

Sometimes it can only be done at the dealership. Or someone with Vida who can do a Total Upgrade.
