Write to car button NOT Active

Hello everyone,

Purchased orbit software, decoded CEM and VGM pins, entered it where needed but after connecting software to the Vehicle "Write to car" button is inactive.

Could anyone help me with an advice what should i do in order to activate write to car function?

we need a secret information:

1. Car model?
2. OBD cable or tool model?
3. laptop network settings ?
