No orders showing up in VIDA for ORBIT pin cracking

Trying to grab a wireshark log for orbit but when I login to vida it doesn't show any software available to order 
   

When I try to manually order a configuration test (32292678) it gives me error code 502 and 10
   

What is going on here? I've reinstalled net framework 4.5 and vida twice now. Software ordering is apart of my vida subscription too.
   


I know for a fact I will not get assistance from vida over the weekend so this is my only hope before my $90 3 day access goes down the drain. Any help is appreciated

Still showing nothing after a day.
Do you think it could be my end? I’m running windows 11 pro. I’m going to test windows 10 on the latest update
If you have any other suggestions please do let me know
