Buttons to lower or raise rear (air suspension) not working

The buttons in the trunk don't work anymore ( lower/raise the suspension to ease the cargo load ).
Can Orbit help me debug the problem ?
I replaced the buttons with known working ones and still nothing ... 
The drive modes change raise and lower the car as expected .. nothing on that side.
Easy in/out settings works also ...
Just the buttons in the cargo don't.

Those functions are not related to the trunk.  Most likely you have issue with the motor or the fuse that powers it. If it registers a DTC, Orbit should be able to read the DTC but that's all.

There is not DTC set when i press the buttons  . I am not aware of any fuse for them .. what motor are you thinking at ?

Water likes to go down that way. I'd be checking the button for continuity with a multi meter if no DTC present.

The buttons are not the issue. I test with a replacement set which is known to work.
Is there a way I can get what voltages should be on each pin ? A schematic or smth ?

Just a wild guess, but you've tried to close all doors and hood? Since that apparently blocks the function according to the above link.

You should get other warnings if that was the case, but never know

Did that ... locked the car, waited , unlocked, open trunk and button don't work. The illumination works on them ...

Yeah .. tried everything .. the next culprit is the SUM module ..
Can i replace it with a used one plug and play?
