If you have enabled the 210 SUBWOOFER, disable it. Because according to the picture, you do not have SUB output on PIN7.
You did not mention if you tested all the outputs but start from the PIN2 which is the center output.  Put the Fader and Balancer in the center, and test. You should hear something.  I know it's dumb question but according to the picture, I do not see "play" symbol at the top in the pictures. Are you sure you are playing something?

If you still do not hear a sound on PIN 2.
Put the setting 028 RADIO, AMP AND SPEAKER SYSTEM  to 01 and retest. If still nothing then put the setting 028 RADIO, AMP AND SPEAKER SYSTEM to 04.
Once you can hear from PIN2 (center) test the other outputs (1, 3, 4, and 5) while playing with the balance.

I have the xc40 CMA wiring but yours is SPA and wiring is different.  (according to the pictures).

the FM radio is played.  I had the balancer and fader in several positions.  I don't want to fill the forum with a lot of photos.  I also tried other channels.  sound was only 1st and 3rd channel.  today I also tried 028=01.  also no change.  I will try 028=04 tomorrow.  I will write the result.  I turn off the sub.

IMAY I tried everything as you wrote.  center speaker, turned off the subwoofer, then soon 028=01 nothing at all on that setting.  then 028=04 there was a weak sound on that setting.  but the volume on the ihu was at high max.  balancer and fader in all positions.  without change.  despair.

normal sound on channels 1 and 3.
  2.4.5.  quiet weak

The weak sound happens in two conditions.
1) Missing the ground or ground and positive are not the same channel.
2) AUD did not boot up correctly.

Put the 028 RADIO, AMP AND SPEAKER SYSTEM to 04.  Lock the car wait couple minutes and then check it. If that does not work, try to reboot the AUD from the ECU tools TAB.
Same thing happened to me couple of times, as if the amplifier is turned off.

I connect one cable to the upper connector and the other to the lower one.  channel 2. I also tried to switch them.  because I don't understand what grounding you mean.

Is the speaker in the picture above connected correctly?  because I also try other channels as well.  what grounding do you mean?  is one of the two cables ground?

The wires coming out from the green connector.  the connector should be numbered, you might need to take a picture and zoom in to see the small numbers.
Lower pins is the negative and  upper ones are the positive.
C1 is negative and right above it C9 is positive. Should be the left front woofer.
C2 is  negative and right above it C10 is positive Center Dash speaker.
When connecting the speaker make sure polarity is correct and other wires do not touch each other.  You might have a balancer or filter in that box which might be polarity sensitive.

After connecting the AUD, you can check from Orbit under ECU tools TAB by sending different commands. Also scan for DTCs. Make sure you are getting response from AUD Start with trying to get the SW part numbers. If you so not get any results, that would mean IHU does not communicate with AUD.

IMAY I tried the 04 reset aud setup today and also looked at the DTC.  I had no sound on 2.4.5 channels.  I am attaching only the 1st and 3rd photos.  I already suspect that the amplifier does not want to be in my car

on channels 1 and 3 the sound was normal.  I connected the speaker as you wrote.  maybe the problem is in the amplifier.
