different region imported car, need help ;)

Hi guys, so i bought car and imported from South Korea, 2024 v60 CC, would be glad to get some answers/help:
-language pack. it has only korean and english, and i bought this car for my parents, and i really need make it in russian, coz their english bad (much worse then mine, 0/10), i tried to do it with orbit with changing: 
197 SYSTEM LANGUAGE to Russian and also 220 LANGUAGE REGION to Russian. Orbit made programing, everything fine, but in car no changes, still only 2 languages and even they didnt change, so would be glad to get some advice how i could fix it  

-about google services, which it doesnt have, i understand so far impossible, same as navigation or so) ... ok, atleast carplay/AA works
- and also mb someone know how to remove this red SOS button light? coz it annoying ;l

For the language, most likely you will need to flash it. Like the first Android phones that did not have all the languages in the firmware. 
What I would try to do, find a cheap IHU in your region and replace it. Maybe you can find someone is willing to with "test and buy" Worse case, you would wasting your time pulling out the center console and putting it back which is pretty easy especially with electronic gear shifter.

Try to disable " 077 ASSISTANCE SERVICES"

i have doubt ill find cheap ihu for it) just checked fast, people selling screen only like for 200$   and car like new.. 300km odometer, so solution sounds to much radical

P.S 077 helped to remove flashing light, thx
about language, still didnt find anything helpfull except exchange IHU
btw funny thing, that in process of programming for 1 second appear message in russian on driver screen, but then dissapear after ;d so yea, need i suppose somehow to flash this language, ofc idk how and where to find someone who could)

1)Possible to activate Google services in Moscow.
2)Language is is IHU so there is a solution working.

P.S 077 помог убрать мигающий свет, спасибо
о языке, все еще не нашел ничего полезного, кроме обмена IHU,
кстати, забавная штука, что в процессе программирования на 1 секунду появляется сообщение на русском языке на экране водителя, но затем исчезает после; d так что да, нужно ли мне как-то прошивать этот язык, ofc idk как и где найти того, кто мог бы)
