Speed camera warning
#1
Hello
I’ve enabled navigation, but haven’t got the option in sensus to enable speed camera warning.
What more must be enabled?

I can see speed cameras only when I am using the navigation not when I'm using the map explore while driving.
Do you have the same??

I see the cameras on the map while driving, that’s an option I can enable in the navigation options. But I don’t get any warnings. That option should be in the Road Sign Information options. But that option is missing.

I think it's the part of the driver support software. Your car most likely do not have that software installed on the IHU.
Have you checked the configured called "driver distraction" it might be part of that.

I have ”driver alert” enabled. But this is something else that’s not possible to enable then?

Driver distraction is set to B.
Do you think it’s a software difference in the IHU for this feature? Sounds implausible to me as most other features is just configuration items.

It actually can be. Unlike many other ECUs, the IHU has many different applications installed on the internal flash in addition to optional downloaded applications.
Here are the internal software numbers from my IHU. that has the speed camera warning from factory. Compare them to yours.

Checked mine, most of them differs from yours. Mine usually has higher numbers.
I guess there’s no documentation about this or any way to change the aoftware?
