0.9.96 is released. This is bug fix release.

New features/fixes:
- Fix flash fail when CSD module (infotainment screen) is not responding. - On some cars, connection is lost when the CSD module is not responding during the flash programming process. The lost connection then causes the flash process to fail with a "Programming process failure" error. Timing has been adjusted so the connection to the car does not time out while waiting for the CSD to respond.
