DIY CEM (and VGM) PIN Retrieval for Volvo and Polestar

From the screen shot,  the car connection is not seen. 
First connect the car to VIDA and perform clean readout. While it's connected go to second TAP "software installation" at the top. 
Make sure that VIDA can access to internet.
Select the upgrades, and it should show you if you have total upgrade available. If you do, go ahead and install it while capturing the traffic with wireshark.

That was after I did a full readout and went to the software tab once it completed
I even did it again and several times before that. Vida Has a clear wired connection to the car and a wireless connection to the internet (I can see order history) but still no packages available to me.
