There are so many options in there. The ones I found interesting:

166 EXTENDED SPEED INDICATION (That will probably give you miles and km/h)

There's lots of stuff that relates to development or non-production making features example Night Vision. 

The only answer is to try it. See if there are DTC or if new functions appear.

Yeah, just wanted to know if this feature is actually configurable/anyone done that, because windshield camera can pick up the traffic light like a tesla does.
