What do you have in mind? ECU Tools -> Parameters Monitor can log live data for one ECU at a time and export it as csv. I've used it to e.g. monitor all cell voltages on my PHEV during a trip.
Of course that's not as convenient as a small standalone OBD-Datalogger-Dongle, but requires the ENET-cable and a laptop running Orbit while you drive.
But it works great, and you can access data that a generic OBD2-Dongle could never
