OK, I solved it 
I went into Orbit again, 223 Navigation System and Internet Map and changed the setting to: 01 Without Connected
Wrote the changes. Turned off the car and locked it for 30 minutes.
Then, 223 Navigation System and Internet Map and changed the setting to: 04 With Connected Nav
Wrote the changes. Turned off the car and locked it for 30 minutes.
Then put in a USB with the entire NA map.
The car picked up the drive (for the first time). Installed the maps. Turned off the car and locked it for 30 minutes (not sure if that was necessary).
Now the Navigation is back.
