Retrofit heated steering wheel problem. Help!

I'm planning to retrofit a heated steering wheel. I already checked that fuse exist and next thing I have to do is to check that cables exist.

Can I found SWM connector A and wiring harness by removing covers around the steering column or do I have to remove steering wheel and whole SWM to see connector? I need to check that wires #1 and #7 exist.
