TCM Remap

I have a Volvo S60 III T6 with 310 hp. Has anyone had their TCM remapped? I know companies like RICA offer this service, but they only sell it as a package with an ECU remap. Honestly, €1,249.93 for an extra 30 hp is a ridiculous price in my opinion, and they won’t sell the transmission remap separately.
Does anyone here know someone who can do a standalone TCM remap?
