Since working with Orbit on my car (2018 Volvo XC40), I've made several modifications (start/stop with memory, GPS navigation, alarm, VCM battery reset, heated steering wheel)... I'm having problems starting the car from the app.
It doesn't respond to my commands, and sometimes it also fails to lock and unlock the car from the app. I've spoken with Orbit support several times, and they've helped by making various changes (removing the alarm). I've followed their advice and appreciate their help, but it hasn't worked; the car still won't start from the app.
Here's my question: Do you think I can go to a Volvo workshop to have them check the module without having to undo the Orbit changes? Or will I need to undo all the changes?
