once you get official polestar tune it gets into the "DNA" of the car, thus resetting to OEM resets with polestar.
Same with trailer module, if you install through orbit then you lose it every reset, btu once you do through the dealer it stays as it's now part of the base config. (That is what I have done, get the trailer module officially added at the dealer eventually)
