If your original seats were manual, just unplug the power connector of the new seat controller.
Heated and Ventilated seats have a LIN module connected to the CCM with its separate 15amp power. If your original seats did not have that, you don't need to worry about it. It will just generate a DTC in the CCM "a module installed which is not part of the configuration" Does not block anything.
Airbags, weight and seat belt sensors are all part of the SRS system with their individual wiring (not through seat controller).
Seat comfort module is built in to the seat controller and all the pumps, motors and sensors are connected to the seat controller. It uses separate power (5amp) to control those. Disconnecting the power to the new seat controller takes care of it too.
