Curve speed assist is quite handy in narrow country side roads with lot of curves. It really helps when you drive 80km/h for sharp curve. It is useless in highways though. I have a sensus car so I don't know about AAOS but in sensus car enabling this setting also enables curve speed assist on/off button in menu.
Head to the smaller roads for test the function. You can turn it off(if possible in AAOS) when you don't need to prevent it from doing strange things in highway ramps for example. Beeping might be curve assistant warning? Warning doesn't work on sensus but might work on AAOS
