I'm almost certain that there is no software reload for activating SUB via VIDA. You can purchase a used HK or B&W AUD and install it. Then Using VIDA you do AUD reload if the used HK or B&W came from an S/V/XC 60. That would make it official upgrade.
Otherwise, you will need to activate the SUB via Orbit and revert to OEM before visiting the service or connecting the VIDA to the car.
FYI, Online system software upgrades are no longer available for cars with SENSUS. Only application and map updates are available which are not related to config changes.
