Lost PA/camera customizations, and was stuck with a "stop safely brake failure" error after the OTA reported a successful install.
Given that I was already prepared to re-do those items, once orbit was done everything's been good since last weekend.
Could you please tell me how you resolved the “Brake failure” error?
