Can you do configuration changes? If that PIN is correct, as extracted from the logs then OrBit might be able to extract your level 11 PIN from the car. If you can flash, and key programming continues to fail then shoot support(at)spaycetech.com an email and Power6 will outline your options - it might be as simple as your CEM isn't supported.
