That is strange.
One possible answer; if your car second hand, the previous owner might have added it with official installation through VIDA. Adding motion sensor costs $250 on VIDA (only software).
Even though the IMS is removed, vida still shows IMS remove under HW changes.
After installing (reloading) the HCM via VIDA, it should disappear from the HW changes. Then you can install "configuration changes", it should do a complete readout and clear the un existing modules from the HW changes but make sure that IMS is not connected.
