Air Suspension Calibration

Hi all!  I’m running into the same issue others have mentioned where I attempt to start the suspension calibration but it fails to actually run and the car now has a suspension fault which must be cleared by driving. 

Are there specific steps which need to be done in order to successfully run this calibration? Do I need to have anything specific in the suspension turned on or off?

Just looking to lower the ride height by 20-25mm but I can’t even get to that stage. 


The vehicle is a 2018 XC90 T8.

Hi there i recently did it with my xc90. 
I made sure al the doors where closed en a had a battery charger hooked up.
put al the measerments in in MM and with the lowering option put in 20MM
That was it afterwards disconected everything took it for a spin and the fault code disappeared.
