Hi Dave, did the people at the dealership manage to make Volvo On Call work? I’m in the same situation as you — I went to the dealership to change the car’s region, but unfortunately they told me they can’t change the eSIM.
Hi, both Volvo On Call and the app were working fine before I changed the region. Dealer recommended the change, saying it could eventually stop working if kept on the US region. After switching, the car had no connectivity for about 24 hours, which they said is normal. After that, everything worked again.
