VCM-U105000 - Backup battery lifetime exceeded

i also suddeny got this code, but am not looking forward to visiting the volvo dealer and emptying my wallet there for a simple software fix. They are charging 75 euros for just connecting vida to the car, let alone doing actual stuff. And then i see these batteries going for 120-160 euro's (volvo oem), whereas the fix could (should) be a 20 euro battery and a simple software reset.
Anyway, i'm hoping for a solution that doesn't involve the dealer. I just hate it that we cannot get VIDA in europe for personal use.
