Configuration is messed up - can not revert to OEM??

This may be related, but do you have a sunroof? If so, check the tube that runs from the roof through the A pillars. If it's clogged, water will run over the CEM, causing all kind of issues. I had this with a V60 and suppose the CEM in XC90 must be roughly at the same place.
