Can You please elaborate on this.
I think i might be in that situation. Two services ago i was at the dealer and when they tried to make an total upgrade it was stuck because i had installed B&W amplifier, so the next time i came in for service i had installed the original but the upgrade was still stuck. Then the technician asked if i want him to download new software to the amp for 400€ and i said no.
So what shall i tell the technician to do? You say in the thread: "order and install configuration change software" is that different from "new" software for 400€?
