Hi,
i was able to get my pins (CEM & VGM) while it was at the dealer doing Update 2.0 (Installed 3.7.0 for my S60 2023) i asked him if we may can install a little program on the device where he runs VIDA for my car and he said yes, luckily he had local admin rights so installing Wireshark was easy (ncap needs adm rights, because it's installing a filter driver) After that i started capturing and let the dealer do his thing.
Around 20-30 Minutes later the update was done and i had a Wireshark log about ~400MB which reveiled the pins for me.
So if you have struggle getting VIDA yourself be nice, talk the best you can with your dealer, be friendly, be kind and offer a crate of his favorite beer. Cheers
Btw. i payed nothing for the update 2.0, i have no idea why, first he told me its about 55€ well i know the real costs for this in VIDA it just about cents.
