Volvo does not block the car for replaced equipment, it just displays them under Hardware change tab and forces to purchase "<ECU> reload" before allowing total upgrade.
It still allows to purchase any software except total upgrade.
VOLVO blocks the car if VIDA detects if the car's configuration is altered. Since you've restored to OEM, it should not happen.
It may still force you to reload the added equipment though.

In this case with the roof module i think i got it from a XC90 and since the hardware was not withing spec the car will not update, so im goint to have to get a new light for my next service as i need this latest upgrade to not lose car connectivity (Sweden is shutting down 3G 2027)
But question now is.. as i have issues with my RR lock freezing in winter time and LF lock i need to pull twice to open.. if i get new locks from junkyard with same volvo-article number but 2024/2025, this should not hinder upgrade right? i want to get as new as i can as these should be "fixed" from having freezing issues etc etc.
