Your login is the email which you registered / paid with. There are no passwords with OrBit, a code is sent to your email to validate for the day of login. You can download the software from the main website Spaycetech.com. 
If you've shared your VIN via email then please wait a day or two, PINs are not an automated service and require some manual work.
