Enabling Pilot Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control

You need to  hit the right arrow on the left Dpad to switch to pilot assist (icon with steering wheel)
If there is no wheel try to check 145. TRAFFIC JAM ASSIST. For me changing the "With Traffic Jam Assist, Level 1" to  "With Traffic Jam Assist, Level 2" option enabled PA.
