Just sharing my experience: I had such errors when I played with the car on non-full battery and when the voltage drops below 12v under heavy load. What I do to prevent this now is that I charge the battery before reconfiguration session and in addition, I connect my 25A charger during the session to provide extra power in case the car system needs it. And it often does, especially during various operations through Orbit.
In the past when I got similar errors than you, I charged the battery, Cleared DTCs, Reset ECUs and drove a bit to get rid of them. But they disappeared gradually so you may need to iterate through above steps a couple of times
