VCM-U105000 - Backup battery lifetime exceeded

hello gents. new here, with orbit software and CEM pin I'm looking at few things while I also just had u105000 code triggered. reading the web, I need a pin for VCM for orbit to do that, some say VIDA is the best way. I can't access VIDA in UK and things just getting complicated. any other ways to obtain the pin?
