CEM and VGM not found

You can use any USB-c to Ethernet adaptor to connect the VOE OBD2 cable to the car as long as your Windows 11 Surface GO 2 laptop recognises the USB-c to Ethernet adaptor as network adaptor. None of my laptops have Ethernet port and I am using regular USB-C docking adaptor which has ethernet port on it.
