Yep, most of the service are just too lazy to check things and do just a quick search. They just want expensive repairs or very easy money charging 2 hours for 15 min of work.
The thing is, the technician should search for TIE just like you did and than order it manually from VIDA since those SW part numbers are not standard to the car.
