Orbit modifications are not HW changes thus does not show under HW changes TAB.
VIDA does not inform you if it detects unofficial configuration changes. VIDA will throw you an error " This CAR or VIN is blocked for software download" only if you try to reload a module or to install total upgrade"
You may not see the error on the same day or during the same initial connection and read out but it's very likely that your cars are blocked for software purchase and download.
