Unable to connect to 2019 S60 T6

Hi,

I am having trouble connecting to a 2022 Volvo XC90 -

Here is the log from OrBit -

OrBit v1.0.9
OrBit Disconnected
NOTE: No car network is detected, trying to connect anyways...
Requesting connect
Waiting for connection...
Found car
Connecting...
Waiting for the gateway to respond...
No cars found! Check cable, replug OBD connector, or check local firewall blocks OrBit from incoming connections
Error Reason: timeout
OrBit Disconnected

From what I have read above, it seems like a firewall issue, so I entered the rules as the person above did, along with an explicit outbound rule for ..\OrBitApp\OrBitRun.exe - but I still see the same error.

I also tried disabling Windows Defender temporarily and relaunching OrBit, but I still see the same error message.

More background - my laptop has an ethernet port, so I don't have any potential driver issues with a USB Ethernet dongle. I also installed wireshark with the OBD - Ethernet cable plugged in, and can see data from the car (the VIN number), so the cable seems fine also.

Any ideas?
