Quick answer no. If you go with any kind of aftermarket camera wireless or not, you will need a decoder between the IHU and CSM (center screen) to switch the display from regular to rear camera view when ever reverse camera is engaged or user input somehow.
Adding a reverse factory reverse camera is easy and you don't need to dismantle half of the car. |
