NAVI MAP REGIONS

I'd be really interested in this as well..the only thing holding me back from subscribing to orbit is that I really want to convert my Japan v60 2020 to European map region as the navi is borked right now (tried to update with latest Japanese maps and after a few failed attempts I keep getting error" Navigation system is not available, please reset or visit the dealer") and the dealers here can't do anything as they can't recode the region they say..
