The new two sensors at the back on the each outer side of the bumper are easier to wire in your case.
Sensors have three wires. 2 of them are common. So, you can tab them to the existing harness on the bumper. You just need pull 1 wire from each sensor (middle) pin to the CEM.
For the front bumper, I don't know if you purchased a whole new harness or made it yourself.
But you will need to pull 8 wires from the front bumper harness to the CEM. Again, on each sensor pins 1 and 3 are common and only pin 2 goes individually to the CEM.
You might have connected the wires to wrong pins of the CEM double check that too.
