Update:
I reset all ECUs. As well as cleared the ASDM ecu... Not that I could do anything else since there was no pin for it that I could find. I also re input my CEM pin and wrote to the car with the driver's door open, the radio on Spotify, with the USB stick out of all the ports... Not sure how much of that together played a part in it, but I was able to write to the car again. For now I have the settings the way I want, but I'm gonna have to set to factory when I go get the software update.
