Why do I see "Unknown value" for some config items?

Another possible explanation for "Unknown Value" when it's not "00" is we can interpret it as a raw HEX value.
For example my 2016 XC90 has:

062 FRONT AXLE WEIGHT - 70 Unknown Value
70 HEX -> 112 DEC (kg, lbs or something)

I'm not sure, just my thoughts.
