I have a MY23 C40 in the US.... here are the default settings for these:
107: 04 Dedicated Day Running Light in pos 'Auto'
108: 01 No Dedicated daytime running light (DDRL)
116: 03 Daytime running light (DDRL) LED combined with Position light
