Based on the camera pinout, that cable doesn't look compatible

But in fact it's lvds-hsd cable, and you can order it at oficial Volvo dealers, think not so expensive and that in Europe for some models was something like 25-35 euros, and you get new unused cable, and dont need much check online, simply give VIN of your car to dealer, and tell that need cable for rear camera and they will find right one,  handle and camera not so cheap at dealers, so them find online ebay, local selling sites etc.

Also, I called 1 dealer (not mine cause I don't want him to know about the camera ?) and he said "roughly 200€" for the cable

But I'm not surprised. For Oil change they quoted the oil, which was Eni (the cheapest one possible) 144€ but you can buy that exact oil for 70€ anywhere. So, stealer be stealer
