While checking everything in my car, I noticed that my windshield wipers have an electrical connection, so I assume they're heated. However, checking the fuse box, I see that the right/left fuse for the heated windshield wipers is empty, and in ORBIT, I see that option (122) is marked as disabled. Could it be that connecting positive (+) to the fuse and negative (-) to any point in the car and activating the option in ORBIT will be enough for them to work? Or does it require some other connection?

Idk about the fuse box, but according to a wiring diagram from an s/v90 that can be found in this forum the heated wiper blades are wired to the cem connector EN 72

From what I've been able to find out, the heated nozzles have a positive and a ground connection. But following the diagram, I see that there's a connection to the CEM module along with (HeadLampWashingCtrl), (FrontWindscreenWashingCtrl), and (RearWindscreenWashingCtrl). And that's where I'm completely lost...
- Headlight washer control-----------EN21
- Front wiper control---EN49
- Rear wiper control----EN22
- Heated nozzles with front supply------EN75------ HEATED ELECTRIC NOZZLE FOR LEFT/RIGHT WINDSHIELD WASHER (PWR A1/GROUND A2)
I remember reading not long ago on a Volvo manual page, I think, that the electrical connection is there to prevent the pipes from freezing in low temperatures.

Regarding my question, any ideas?
Looking at the wiring diagrams, I can see that the windscreen washer system comes out of EN75 on the CEM and goes directly to the windscreen washer.
You only need to make that connection and connect it to the car’s ground. There are grounding points distributed around the car.
You can route the cable through the passenger footwell; there is a grommet there, and if I remember correctly, there is a grounding point in the wheel arch.
You can also route it through the same way I explained for the alarm cable.
Then you just activate it with Orbit.
I’m also attaching the page of the wiring diagram where this part is shown.
Let me know if you end up doing it.

Let me see if I understand correctly... you mean that we only need to connect EN75 of the CEM module to PIN 1 of the heated wiper and ground to PIN 2?
And what about the fuse box? Doesn't it go through there? What do you think fuses 52 and 53 are for?

According to the wiring diagram, it’s EN75 to pin 1 of the windscreen wiper.
If it makes you feel more comfortable, the fog lights are wired the same way: the positive comes directly from the CEM, and the fog light GND goes directly to the chassis.

Upon reviewing the owner's manual and checking the fuses, I discovered their absence.
