The "WAM" that you have a spare part number 32243137 here, but that number is for a basic Camera Control Module. What is WAM? Software Reload?

Is it possible to get a cheaper cables alternative?
Maybe it's possible to get the cable itself and the connectors on Aliexpress and just make them from scratch?
What type of connectors they use?
