Missing subwoofer volume slider after 5.05 upgrade

I have a 2024 XC40 with stock non-HK "High Performance Audio", and Orbitz activated Subwoofer to feed an external subwoofer in the trunk. After Orbitz activations I always had a Subwoofer volume slider in all previous Volvo software versions.

After upgrading to 5.05 this slider is now gone. Sub still sounds, but volume is fixed and too low.

Anybody else has similar experience? Is removal of SW volume slider a new anti-feature in 5.05 for stock audio? YouTube videos seem to still show the slider for HK audio but not sure.

It is possible that the regular BASS tone control now acts as a Subwoofer volume control rather than a traditional tone control, but I would have to do some more testing to figure out if that's the case. Regardless, I'd like higher SW volume.

Thanks for confirming! I applied the HK and BW profiles in Orbit and saw the sub volume slider in both too, also in 5.0.5. So seems the slider is only removed from the stock HP in 5.05 sadly.. Guess it was never a popular combination, to buy the rear subwoofer with the standard HP audio.
