I just successfully completed the installation of an alarm system with a level sensor.
There was no pre-existing wiring. If anyone needs help or wants more information, please let me know. Cheers!

Hello everyone,
For this installation you will need the following: Required parts: 1 × Siren ref. 31652388 or 31676009 1 × CEM terminal ref. 30656698 1 × Terminal for the fuse box (in my case I bought a complete fuse box just to extract the wire) 1 × 5 A micro fuse 0.5 mm² automotive cable Automotive wiring tape Motion sensor (optional) ref. 31443745 Connections: CEM: pin EN2 Engine bay fuse box: fuse No. 37 GND: ground point located at the passenger-side door sill Siren connector: Pin 1 → GND Pin 2 → EN2 Pin 3 → Fuse I recommend buying the siren with its bracket and connector. The mounting plate is fixed with an M6×20 bolt. In my case the hole was already there, but it was not threaded, so I tapped it. ORBIT configuration: 064 → 2 066 → 2 Optional: Motion sensor ref. 31443745 → enable 065 → 2 Audible lock confirmation: 096 → 3 Passive arming (optional): 070 → 2 (this is how I have it set) Physical installation: On the XC60, the siren is installed on the right-hand side, next to the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Just in front of it there is a rubber grommet that goes into the cabin. Use this grommet to route the ground wire and the cable going to the CEM. To access the grommet: Remove the glove box Remove the passenger-side door sill trim The cable will come out on the side, next to the door insulation foam, once the glove box is removed. I used a stiff wire, pushing it from the engine bay into the cabin. From inside, by reaching behind the insulation foam, I could feel it and pull it through. If you have any questions, just let me know. Before starting, check if your car already has the alarm pre-wiring, as some vehicles come preinstalled from the factory. Best regards!
So I have a V60 2020 model and I dont have the alarm, it does not go off.
I checked and I have fuse 37 and I checked near the coolant reservore that I have a connector that is not wiered to anything, my question is, where is it mounted? I find that space really small around the coolant reservore.

What luck, it's that cable! And you also
have the fuse. You just need to add the siren module and activate it with ORBIT. Check this link to see the part number and the location. https://sweden-parts.pl/alarm-volvo-2012...v60-19-spa
